Rules
These rules and regulations have been established for the safety and convenience of our guests.
- Management accepts no liability for illness or injury resulting from use of the resort
- Swimming in the sea is at your own risk (no lifeguard services are provided)
- We discourage the playing of loud music at the resort
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry or evict from the resort any guest(s) whose behaviour or appearance is deemed unacceptable
- No pets allowed
- Nudity is forbidden in public areas
- No smoking permited inside the cottages
- Photographing of structures and other unique creations is not permitted (please ask ask the General manager)
- Day break visitors are not permitted to photograph
- No exiting through the beach side or any other side is permitted
- Tariffs are payable in advance to management
- Payments are not refundable unless one weeks notice is given
- Check out time is 10.00AM
- Guests are kindly requested to pay for damages if any
- Arrival time, no later than 7.00PM and after 11.00AM
- We charge a ‘rule-breaking fee’ of $100 which is charged on the spot
